I have been using them for about a year now and have not had any issues. Their rates are a little lower than the others and they seem to reply promptly. The new upgraded website makes it so much easier when your package reach the America warehouse.

Overall I had a very good experience especially when compared to the company I was using. Their response time to any questions was very quick and without any attitude. The sea freight rates were very reasonable and it included delivery close to my home. Payment was made easy since I could do it online. You can't track your package like CGL but you can message them and get a answer unlike CGL. They need to fix the website but so far that is my only small small issue.

This was my first time using this company, and I can definitely say I will be shipping with them again... The customer service is amazing and the delivery time is exceptional.... Shipping rates are very reasonable

Emerald Express Courier displays a high level of professionalism. Always there to answer any shipping questions/queries at any time lol. Rates are super affordable, assistance is provided through each step & the shipping time is good. Packages are received in good condition as well.
