Bank of Nova Scotia

Its like a lot of large institutions in Jamaica. Over bureaucratic, leading to a negitave effect on customer service.

All banking services provided. There is a dedicated queue for senior citizens, so they can be seated while waiting. The wait is often long as the cash desks are not fully staffed.

The wait was too long. Honestly I went to get a card because the former expired and I got there from 1:30 pm and it look 1:45 mins to be attended to. Someone walked around to find out what you were doing yet it never made a difference. Come on to get a card and pin it ..in 2024 gosh

Just stopped by to change some money and this is worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. Extremely slow and the representatives are so unpleasant. After waiting in line for almost an hour, I was told that I had to have a US scotia scotia account to get $141.66 when all other scotia Banks changed money for me before without me having a US Scotia account. Please improve this , we are in 2021! I will no longer do business with scotia.

Went before noon to open an account, I was turned away at the door due to the fact that no more accounts were being opened for the day. All the way from the USA to Jamaica, no service at the bank. HORRIBLE. This place should not be called a bank.

The worst place to go they have no customers care service just tellers poor tellers got to be dealing with new accounts, fraud, banking ,changing names ect they are so wicked in browns town and it's not even safe

Would be good to use our money that’s been invested by the bank to provide shade (tent) as your competition did.
