Top notch, free and easy to park at even though it was almost full. Kind people and police on the site. This is the place to park and enter through the south gate for the start of the jerash site visit.

Make sure to use this to start the route guidance. The search of Jerash archaeology sites would point to the entrance only employees can probably go through.

Park on this parking!!! It is free, safe with police on site. We parked on a nearby parking and were asked 2 Jordanian Dollars to keep the car safe. It didn’t feel safe at all and we ended up moving the car to this parking which is 100% free!!!

Not a lot of spaces, mostly taken up by tour busses. However, on-street parking in Jordan is very easy and relaxed

Jerash is a do not miss when in Jordan. It is large and full of history. I wish I could have seen it open for business. Beware of posers between the parking lot, gift shop and ticket window. It is a long walk and full of want to be guides. Ignore them and keep walking. Once inside... enjoy.
