Sparta Gym

I go through the women hours, I go to the 3 pm's class, the coach there is just amazing, she is really nice and professional. Phones are not allowed outside of the lockers room, you can buy water bottles there for a quarter JD or a big one for half a JD.

I am interested in the dancing classes each Thursday, there are other people attending the gym who are awesome dancers and they are very helpful.

The place is really nice and so are the exercise machines. I'm thankful to everyone in the gym.

You can build muscle from scratch, there is a group of trainers who supervise you and teach you the use of machines, they have changing rooms, bathrooms, sauna, Moroccan bath and Jacuzzi. I hope you have benefited from my comment.

اجهزه ممتازه ولكن يا حبذا لو تم الاهتمام أكثر بالمبتدئين
