Booked a car 2 days in advance. Booking was cancelled 15mins prior. The counter at the airport is empty. Under the phone number no one was available. We needed to find a new car last minute and had to pay a lot more because it was a holiday and all companies were busy. Avoid this company!

Rented a car for two days, took a deposit as expected from rentals. Returned car and said that the deposit would be returned to me after 3 weeks because they need to check for traffic violations. Was not explained to me at all and is fraudulent practice. Avoid

Fraud company .. rented three cars on 14th April .. they took deposit of 150000tenge and have not refunded the amount yet.

Took rent a car for 2 day from 12th april 24 to 13th April 24 and the deposit took as a part of the rental agreement 150,000 tenge was agreed to returned after 3 -4 weeks as they need to check traffic violation. However, now it's almost 6 weeks and absolutely no response to any of the messages, emails or calls
