This is the place to get delicious sweets, specially cakes. Love it but customer service seems little bad, please be improve that point.

Sadly, my visit to Ransiri Sweet House
was the worst customer service I've ever had and very pricey food. I therefore ordered a tea, which was supposed to be nice and hot. It really was the worst cup of bad tea on Earth. The staff's response was a shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful one when I courteously raised the issue with them, hoping to get at least some assistance or sympathy. Instead of providing any assistance or even say sorry, all they did was laugh and blame the machine. They implied that it must be my fault for thinking their product unpalatable. This lack of customer service skills and absolutely off-hand manner is inexcusable.

The food prices were not unreasonable, adding to the disappointment.

Bad customer service and overpriced offerings: Potential customers, please stay away from Ransiri Sweet House ! There really are much more civilized places where you can have a meal and not be treated like an animal.
