For the very first time I thought of having an NRFC account with Amana Bank, but to my surprise they failed to update my mobile number and I have been following up since 40 days when I was in Sri Lanka and now I have lost hope in this Bank.

I am not able to access my online banking without and nor they are responding to my queries when i try to reach them from overseas.

The first thing that i would do is to close my exisitung account soon after visiting sri lanka aagain as I had transferred few thousands of dollar in order to activate the NRFC account and never to approach them nor recommending their bank to any of the friends or relatives.

I didn’t see any other bank such a low customer service. Very very disappointed. In other banks for a withdrawal or deposit it take 3 minutes or 5 minutes maximum. But Amana (matale) takes 15 minutes for a customer.

Waste of time this isn't customer service only recording very disappointed ☹ I called 20 time more not response wrong system.they made fool us (matale branch) very poor
