Good service but space and area is not enough.

The awful customer service that I ever experienced. They don't know how to handle the customer in meaningful way. According to them we should know every protocol related to the bank including their internal ones. They don't want to help to customer to accomplish their needs.

The customer service is 0. If you want to do work, go 2 hours earlier.after opening and account, you need to wait for half and hour to get a card. no use talking .

This is the worst bank in the area and the staff is too lazy and customer support is 0.
If you need to get some work done from this NSB Meegoda bank come before 2h.
I have noticed few months now and still the same the lady in the front regarding the customer relation has a issue with her attitude and doesn't give any support to the clients.
They all take salary and they should work for it other banks i did not see such behaviors and this is a really shame for NSB.

Please Attach the Cash Deposit Machin. I thin it is better for peoples

No cash in weekends. :(
