The Grand Pearl Resort

Rooms were spacious and clean however the rooms weren’t properly oriented to the beautiful Mountain View that was there.The premise was inhabited by pigeons and made it less sanitary but there was no big cleanliness issue. The staff service was very good and food was also satisfactory. Overall experience was good and can recommend the place to anyone else looking for a low-budget hotel in Moneragala.

Very nice place with very relaxing environment. Stsff is not educated in such away that the customer is the most important person in the hotel. They celebrate their staff members birthdays at midnight firing crackers. one day we had to stay without lights just becuase the staff wants to give a surprise to their owner's wife's birthday. they give their staff members and the owners priority against the guests. On the other hand food cost is vey high. generally a portion of meat is Rs. 1,800 which have very small quantity

The rooms were clean and nice view with very comfortable stay for us. The staff was amazing and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Delicious food / service was excellent & superb property. Very professional leadership & everything is perfectly done by the team...
