Little bit crowded and need to have more staff

Busy at any time. Long queues. Parking is a mess

Pathetic staff and branch. People are waiting in line for OVER 1.5 HOURS to get basic things done, on a usual weekday. As per the number of previous reviews, it seems like the staff and branch manager doesn't care. They will continue to chill and do the work ever so lethargicly. Hopeless.

Waited on line for almost 1 1/2 hours to get a bank statement. I get it, its because of the covid regulations there are limited customers allowed inside. But then Security guards act like bouncers at a high level night club. One girl went inside directly & the security let her into the counters, then a second old lady went inside after a while & straight to the counter. I complained & the explanation I got was they went into get there cards. I said I just need the statement & that’s when they let me inside & told the old lady to let me before her. What angers me most is that I know the manager don’t care because a customer that was waiting two people before me also complained & went to see the manager. Still he didn’t even come out to check or did anything to improve the service.
Very poorly managed.

FYI : I went to my other bank (not com bank) for the same thing & got what I needed within 10 mins.

I have waited more than 30 minutes to take my new debit card.
No one caring and involving to provide service.
Very bad experience from this bank.
Do not go to this bank, they are wasting your tine and money.
