I had a frustrating experience at the ATM today. After inserting my card, it was immediately taken, and the screen shut down. I sought assistance from a staff member who then directed me to the manager. Unfortunately, the manager was very impolite and didn't address my issue with the malfunctioning machine. I strongly advise against using this particular ATM.

Additionally, it's crucial to provide training to the manager on how to interact with customers respectfully and address their concerns appropriately.

Have the longest lines when asked for what the reason the manager says tellers are at lunch..There where more than 10people in a line for one teller...suthanthi the acting manager sould do better scheduling. So that the clients time isnt waisted. A joke of a branch and a manager...treat your clients better BOC
