River Loft - Nature Resort Madu Ganga

I had a fantastic stay at River Loft! The location was ideal, offering easy access to Madu river. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the food served was absolutely delicious. Additionally, the boat ride provided by the hotel was a delightful experience, adding an extra touch to my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We stayed 7 nights at the River Loft and our stay was truly amazing. The River Loft and the sister hotel, the Lotus Villa (which is right at the beach and just a few minutes away with the Tuk Tuk) gave me a bit of a jungle and a beach experience. Both places are really great.
A big shout out to all the staff as well.. the food (especially dealing with a lot of food intolerances which I know is not easy), the service - just awesome 😁

This had to be one of the better experiences in Sri Lanka. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay.

We stayed here as a large wedding party and were treated like royalty. From breakfasts by the lake, to coconuts by the pool.

The resort is situated perfectly and is very quiet, a perfect getaway if you've already spent some time in the busier parts of town.

The team at lotus will accommodate your every need from breakfast by the pool to ordering a tuktuk or a transfer.

10/10 would come back again

Wonderfull place in tge edge of madu river. Great customer service and very freindly staff

Its a priceless stay , rooms, surrounding and the staff service is perfect. They arranged us boat ride 1.30 ( hours) during the tour visited cinnamon island , tasted tea and learn about what they making from cinnamon. Its perfect get away for group looking to relax with families and friends at once.

The manager (Rohana) & all the staff were very welcoming, attentive and friendly. We'd booked the hotel out with friends for 3Ns and had a relaxing stay, with great food. Definitely would recommend here if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of busy Lankan streets.

Randomly, I saw this place on google and went through it. I called and checked the rates for one day package for our annual badge reunion. Prices were very reasonable and mr. Rohana helped me to organize the event nicely. So finally we arrived there on 6th March poya day and welcome was great. They offered us a nice room and arranged the hanging point as I wanted. We ordered 7 verity of bites, it was delicious & everyone loved it. And we played at the pool and we had our late lunch it was fully worth of price. Lovely spread. Finally, we had our tea coffee with yummy + best butter cake. Finally, mr Rohana helped us to take a our group picture even.

What a beautiful nature resort with excellent customer service. I joined with my sister's family and really enjoyed the trip.Manager Rohana and staff Nalin provided us with unforgettable experience, food was delicious, fantastic local decorations and out door dinner in Madu ganga were the greatest .Also boat trip in Madu ganga was amazing 👏
