It was a wonderful stay. The house was outstanding. The location was spectacular. Specially the service was Superb and very friendly staff. Tranquility villa exceeded all of our expectations. Highly recommended.

Our family had an amazing stay at the hotel. The location was spectacular. I enjoyed every moment spent there. A very calm and quiet environment to spend your leisure time productively. The Sinhala and Tamil New Year activities were all organized by them, without charging for the gifts even. Our family enjoyed it a lot. Special appreciation goes to the chef for preparing delicious food and being flexible for our requirements. Mr. Raja and Mr. Kalpa was very friendly and rendered a great service. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Overall it was a pleasurable stay and we all enjoyed it. We can highly recommend this place as it is an amazing place to stay.

The caretake Mahendra and Kapila are very kind, thoughtful, and considerate on the guests' wellbeing..

The road to the villa is a bit narrow; it's at the edge of the lane; Not to worry, it's spacious enough for a CHR type vehicle to pass through..
The pool is slightly smaller than expected, especially for a 15+ crowd..

Would definitely recommend to anyone coming towards balapitiya side ..

The 👩‍🍳 Chef of Miss Hansika;s Service and BBQ & other Set menu is very tasty excellent service .Room boy Mahendran also given excellent Sevices.they are very kind and familiar with guests I wish them all the 👌 best from Selvarajah and Q R Motors Management and Staff . Good environment Green air Quite place can enjoy with family and group.

Beautiful location. They serve very delicious Sri Lankan food with lot of varieties. We throughly enjoyed Madu Oya boat safari. Excellent service staff.

Place is nice, clean and they have everything. Service is good. We used the pool with music and drinks in the night. It was a nice experience.

Exceptional! The food was great, the staff was exceptionally nice, rooms are spacious, star class bar on the top floor (you have to bring your liquor though, they only serve bites). The garden is spacious, multiple choices are there to gather, relax and chill. Husbands can sneak out to the river side bench for a drink while kids are playing in the garden. That’s a huge plus. Lot of activities are available, boat trips, kayaking, fish massage, . . . Highly recommended and one day is not enough to cover all the activities. Will visit again soon.

We spent 3 days here and loved it!!! Highly recommended place, especially good for families and groups. Just a short drive from Colombo on the high-way. Place is well looked after and clean thanks to the friendly, welcoming staff. Spacious with ample parking, the surrounding water and lush garden radiates calm peaceful vibes. The inhouse cooks prepared amazing food, their fresh seafood and desserts are a must have. The pool and fire place really make the place unique. The evenings are best to relax on the pier or canoe out into the water. Can’t wait to go again 😊

Was very satisfied with the experiance at Tranquility Holiday Home. All the staff at the Hotel were very friendly and accommodating on our requests. The cheff was kind enough to make last minute changes to the menu, on our request withought any any negative response. The Privacy that we enjoyed at the property was utmost. The property organized a river safari as well at a reasonable rate, with an experianced and friendly guide. The pictures I am posting here is to depict the nature within the property limits, and the care they are taking to maintain it.

Such a great place to stay !! Very cosy and comfortable for a family outing. Their staff was amazing and really supportive. Especially , the rooms, living areas and bathrooms were well cleaned. They made our stay a memorable one.
