This review is about the Gym. I have left a another review with prices for the stadium. (Prices have changed)

Value for money : YES

I usually go in the morning. Place is not crowded at all.

When you join you have to pay a registration fee of 500 LKR and the monthly fee of 1500 LKR.

There are no other place you can go for this amount. Cheapest one since it's managed by government.

Must take a towel and a water bottle.

Only downside is coach is coming at 12.00 pm. So if you are new make sure you come after 12 so coach will teach you the proper techniques.

Coach is super friendly and attentive.

This is for both men and women.

Separate washrooms and changing rooms available for men and women. Yes you can take a shower after workout.

Locker will be given to you during the training hours

You get 4 days per week to train.

If you want breakfast or lunch there's a "Hadabima" shop next to the facility.

Located in a bit of less congested are in Kandy. The place offers a good atmosphere to play. Housekeeping is nicely done. Ample parking too is available. Booked almost always which is a good thing. A nice place to play some badminton or table tennis and etc.

It's an great effort in motivating sports like badminton, football, table tennis, basketball. All in one place, as far upto now their work has to be wished and hope in future there'll be more sports to be add to this place.

In this stadium there are facilities for badminton,basketball,table tennis, etc.
they provide the facility rented for hourly basis for a reasonable price. You have to book the place through phone call or going there. They have a parking facility, washrooms etc.
good place for healthy people. Lots of students and private coaches use this premises.

Perfect place to practice and train and it's open almost everyday therefore it is an ideal place to have regular sessions.
