Horakatiya Nature

This is my second stay of horaketiya nature villa. Fabulous place to relax with your loving one or family or friends. Food was delicious. Their prices are very reasonable. Hotel owner amila is very friendly and they supply anything you want. If you need any extra food, you should supply raw food to them and they cook with reasonable price. I recommended to avoid rainy days because the river becomes muddy and you will be missing river bathing experience. Highly recommended place for your visit.

Horaketiya Nature Villa exceeded all expectations!
First of owner is extremely professional and understabdable. He was kind enough to change my booking on last minute.He handled it very professionally and I truly appreciate it.
The friendliness of 'Upali uncle;Manager of the villa' created a warm and inviting atmosphere. He provided everything we needed for our stay.
The villa was clean, providing a comfortable stay. The tasty foods offered a delightful culinary journey, while the natural surroundings delivered a truly mesmerizing experience.
The villa itself was wonderful, and the waterfront added a refreshing touch for bathing. The highlight was definitely the calmness of the surrounding mixed with continuous sound of the water stream infront of the villa.
They were kind enough to arrange bonfire, enhancing the overall charm of this amazing retreat.

The prices are absolutely affordable and it's more worthy for expenses actually.
Not very far away from main cities and roads were also in good condition.
Have to park vehicle at main entrance, can't reach to villa by vehicle but safety of vehicle was assured.

We are really looking forward to visit this absolutely beautiful place again as this is the perfect gateway from our hectic lives.

This is palce designed for a group of friends/office mates ( mostly recommend for boys only) to have a nice river bath, drink and chill.
**Not the ideal palce for couples or families. **

Please don't expect luxury facilities on low budget.

Perfect service, friendly staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Accommodated all our requests with understanding, speed and efficiency. Special thanks to Mr upali.foods also superb and super place for live with nature.

We went there during a weekend. The place is so good for relaxing. There is this stream flowing next to the house. it makes the place so cool. There are two houses. We stayed in the small one. But the big one looks better and spacious. However the small one was also cool with 2 hammocks and open area for the visitors to sit around. Service is good. However I was not very happy with the dinner BBQ offered. We were only given 1 piece of chicken per person. It is ok if they had informed this earlier, so then we would have asked them to prepare more even after charging more. In simple terms the place is perfect to relax your mind. We really enjoyed the stay.

Great place to hang out for locals. The owner was super friendly and the hospitality was above expectations. A great escape to nature for a much reasonable price.

You can also take a dip in the Falls, a natural bathing spot. It is a great place to go for a walk in the forest with fishing and spend time with nature. It is a mud house and an ideal environment for camping.
