The villa sun shine kadawala - Dunagaha

Thushara and his family are the most welcoming family you could wish for. Thushara was our driver for 2 weeks and he was very reliable and trustworthy! I can highly recommend him. We enjoyed the time with him a lot and learnt a lot about Sri Lanka and its culture. He has a very big heart and treats you like a family friend. Thushara has a lot of experience and he is happy to share many stories with you. We laughed a lot together and he did his best to fulfill all our wishes. We can't thank him enought. The last night we spent at his home (the villa sun shine) and his wife cooked a great dinner with many different dishes. We met as strangers and left as friends :-)

We really enjoyed our stay with Tushara and his family. They treated us like family, which was a wonderful feeling, when we arrived. They were always helpful and very attentive and the food was very delicous! It's an ideal place to stay when you arrive in Sri Lanka and before you leave the country (approx. 20 minutes from the airport). You can spend a couple of days in the surrounding area, getting a feeling for the lovely Sri Lankan people. Tushara is also a driver and is happy to arrange trips around the island. Simply perfect!

Thushara, Iroshi and all of the Family are the most lovely and warm hearted people you could wish for. We already stayed with them three times and will definitely come back again. The rooms are clean, comfy and quiet, the food is amazing, they grow their own fruits in the garden (best mangos ever!) and Thushara is an absolutely reliable friend and a very experienced driver! Perfect for arriving and doing some tours to explore places like Dambulla, Sigiriya or Negombo :)

Sehr freundliche und günstige Unterkunft. Ein Gästehaus italienischen Stils und eine Unterkunft bei Tujara privat (zu bevorzugen). Sehr familiär. Tujara ist einer der besten Fahrer, kennt Sri Lanka wie aus der Westentasche, ist freundlich und günstig; kann mir keinen besseren wünschen. Bin schon zweimal jeweils drei Wochen mit ihm gereist.
