Because of the pandemic, you have to wait in a queue to get inside the bank. And after that you probably will have to wait in another queue to get your work done.

Worst experiance. Hundreds of people waiting on queus and still they have several counters free and several operators walking here and there. Disgusting, people have to face such troubles to exchange their own money.
