Despite reaching out to managers and the head office multiple times, promises of callbacks have gone unfulfilled. Calls to various branches, including Kegalle, Polonnaruwa, and Hingurakgoda, have revealed a dissonant lack of customer service. In the grand opera of customer experience, this establishment's performance leaves much to be desired—a disappointing melody of neglect.

After a 6 months of service at saubhagya co-op bank, I had to resign due to some unexpected changes inside the company and the salary structure. Until then I have worked the whole half year and they haven't paid my full salary I own. It's ridiculous when a girl not even has no knowledge about the industry decide to such things. That was not only me, there is a lot of poor employees who suffer in this bank because of these kind of pay cuts. owners get their desired profit thank to everyone work in. but unfortunately management ignores that..
