Cafe Banana Chill

What a place!! Loved it so much I came back the next day without hesitation. The guy who runs it is wonderful, so kind and lovely and helpful. The food is unreal and it’s so refreshing to see a focus on vegan and vegetarian health food around the area. Would recommend 100%!

Cool place for breakfast or brunch. The owner is a nice, friendly, and outgoing guy! The food is sooooo delicious, we tried the avocado toast and the bowls with fresh fruits - super cool! The atmosphere is colorful and cute! You shouldn't miss it if you are visiting Kandy!

if i could give more stars i would! it was amazing food, the guy explained the whole menu to us when we arrived, my boyfriend doesn’t like avo so he gave some extra eggs instead, everything can be made vegan too! the drinks were fresh fruit and thick and lush! the vibe and atmosphere was really chill, really lovely family ❤

Regarding many good reviews i visited that place for breakfast. Its little hidden place and luckily not on the mainstreet. The place is super cozy with smooth reggae music in the background. You can reach the place from the city centre by a 30 minutes walk along the lake.

I can highly recommend this place. The owner is very passionate and explains the menu to every guest personally. With my ordered avocado toast i got a super tasty food experience and the iced coconut coffee was delicious as well.

Unfortunately im leaving kandy tomorrow, otherwise i would definitely come back for a second time.

Just hit up this awesome café, and it's a total vibe! The staff is super chill and always has a smile on their faces, making the place feel extra cozy.

The atmosphere is spot on – modern but comfy, you know? Perfect for kicking back or hanging out with pals. And the food, oh man! Fresh fruits all the way, and they get pretty creative with their dishes.

Definitely recommend this spot if you're into great vibes, cool atmosphere, and a culinary adventure with fresh twists!

This place is fantastic! I’ve been travelling for 7 weeks and it’s the best breakfast I’ve had the whole trip. You must try the Couch Potato and get a coconut ice coffee 😍

Great little place! The owner was very kind and welcoming! There was a water shortage, but he made a delicious meal and smoothie for us as well ❤ Would definitely come back next time!

Café with real Beach / Bali Vibes, a great selection of vegan food (also scrambled egg if u like) and cool fancy Drinks. The Host is super nice and relaxed and really makes sure all guest can wind down here. Another Bonus was the free monkey cinema :) 10/10 recommendation!

Fantastic cafe just outside of Kandy that my friend and I were happy to stumble upon. Great atmosphere with relaxing music. The owner is really lovely & offers fresh juices, coffees and healthy bowls for breakfast or lunch. The portions were large & great value. We had coconut iced coffees, a smoothie bowl & a red rice chicken bowl - delicious! Cash only 🙂

Went to the café to chill and I really wanted pancakes - which they did not have on the menu - but they made one for me and it was incredible! Very fresh fruit, homemade mangojam and super good peanutbutter🙏 The host was very chill, helpfull and nice. It has a chill vibe and would recommend for a fresh good meal🌸

Lovely outgoing and service-minded owner. Introduced us to the menu. We had the avo on toast, summer bowl, as well as avo crush, passion mint and coconut ice coffee a d peanut butter shake coffee.
The food was amazing. We went here yesterday and also had the chia-seed bowl (tasted amaziiiing!).

Literally the best bowls we’ve ever tried! And the atmosphere here is so chill, feels like you’re next to the beach having a rest after a good surfing. The owner is very welcoming, do his best to make you fill like at a friend’s house. 10 out of 10❤

We went to this place based on some good reviews and it didn’t disappoint. Tiucked away about 5 minutes drive from the lake in central Kandy it is a hidden gem. With a deluxe selection of smoothies , breakfast bowls, wraps and toasts. All so fresh and tasty, I could have sat there all day and worked my way through the menu, lucky we have 2 more days in Kandy. The outdoor undercover seating area is presented with funky casual seating and tables, with colourful wall murals. Staff are friendly and engage enough to ensure you have what you want but give you space to kick back and relax. Love this place and highly recommend it. My personal favourite as a coffee lover was the avo coffee smoothly - the owners own recipe.

This breakfast spot is cool place to calm down and have delicious food. All of the dishes are made with lots of love and taste fantastic! Aside from that the prices are really fair!
The owner „Chiller“ is a really nice guy. He gave us even some tips for our stay in SriLanka.
It was so yummi that we went there two times in a row! So totally recommend :)
