Dar Aymane

One of the best hostel in Imlil with an outstanding view on the high Atlas from the room which is made totally from the wood and very remarkable traditional touches. The service is great, delicious and generous tajin and breakfast.

It's fantastic ! Impeccable service, remarkable cleanliness and delicious food. I recently stayed at Dar ayman hostel and had a perfect experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay.

We just had a comfy stay at Dar Aymane. Spacious room with a balcony and great view of the village and mountain. Such a right choice for us who wanted to stay away from the busy touristy area. We enjoyed the sun in their restaurant area and relaxed in the cozy shared space. There was also Hassan, who has been an amazing chef and company. He cooked us dinner, from tajin to delicious kabab and flavorful rice. We highly recommend to stay at this place and ear Hassan’s food. Hassan has also been helpful in showing us where to go in the mountain from easy to medium challenging hiking trail, and our next destination. Its beeen such a pleasure and lovely experience staying at Dar Aymane.

My partner and I were staying at Dar Aymane when the earthquake occurred in September. It is hard to describe the absolute care Hassan and his family provided us during our stay. They ensured we were as comfortable as possible, well fed and able to contact our family. It was a truly humbling experience. I definitely recommend staying at Dar Aymane and hope we can visit again one day.

We spent 2 nights at the riad. It is open after the earthquake after the government approval. The riad is located on the high end of the village. Very astetic and clean. Big tarrece with Amazing view. Good food.
Hassan is a tour guide to Mount tubkal and the area. Highly recommend!!!

We loved our time at Dar Aymane and can't wait to return. The room was beautiful and comfortable, the views from the terrace were excellent, and the food was the best I had in Morocco (I had tajines all over Morocco but the 2 best came from Dar Aymane). Hassan was a wonderful host and gave us excellent recommendations for hiking each day. Out of our 2 weeks in Morocco, this was the highlight!
To add to the above, there was hot water for showering, a very comfortable bed, heaters in the room, and Hassan made a fire in the dining area at night. All-in-all, a wonderful value!

We had a lovely time staying here. We planned to stay for one night but we extended our nights day by day and stayed 4 nights at the end. Hassan and his colleagues are very kind and helpful people. They explain you everything, cook and make sure that you will have a great stay. We had great conversations and I really appreciate the effort they put into it. The rooms are beautiful with the best views possible. I can highly recommend staying here and would always come back! Thank you so much again!

Dar Aymane is the best place to stay if you come to Imlil. The view is magnificent, and the service is so kind and hospitable.

One of the most impressive places visited on our tour to Imlil.
We have booked online the day before a one day tour to Imlil including a stop over to one of the argan female cooperatives on the way there, a quick stop to the Saturday market for refreshments and they finally reaching our destination, Imlil.
Mustafa, our tour guide and the owner of Dar Aymanr is impresivelly knowledgeable and on the way he kept telling us bits of history, culture and so much more.
His charm and easy going personality make it impossible not to feel like you have already known him a long time before.
But when he open the doors to his house to you, seats you at the table and serves you home made food, cooked in his family’s kitchen, by his family, you realise how much the world needs people like him.
This is not just a destination but a whole experience, a wide eye opening experience, helping you see how important family and love are. Away from the noisy and the money making busy people there are places like Dar Aumanr to remind you what life is about.
After a few days in Marrakech and both my partner and I were already exhausted by the busy and demanding energy around Marrakech, visiting Dar Aymane was the breath of fresh air we need.
We came back from there well more connected to our needs, more grounded than we have arrived.
Oh, and we had the best tagine ever! Nothing will ever beat their home made tagine

My friend brought me to stay at Dar Aymane in Imlil the night before starting up Mt. Toubkal. We drove the narrow dirt mountain road and parked in the lot with an edge that dropped off the side. As we walked the long and crumbling path to the hotel I wondered what I had gotten myself into. Then we entered the hotel and I was immediately taken in by the elegant decor and warm inviting atmosphere. Gorgeous tile floors, local tapestries and art displayed on the walls; a large and welcoming gathering and eating area with a beautiful fireplace; open, bright and spacious rooms; and balconies looking towards the mountains. The manager, Hasan, is a fabulous host, very friendly and personable, and a fantastic cook who adds a personal touch to his teas and coffees. I would definitely recommend this property for your stay in Imlil.

I totally recommend, great views, tasty breakfasts and an amazing small mountain town. I was there in February 2019 and I would happily return :) Polecam !

The best place ever in Imlil , we went as a group * the guy Hassan was super helpful and very cool , as for the place it has the best views and it is crazily clean and it is located in a very peaceful place far from the noises of the centre
