Hajar Henna At Weis

Hajar was the first henna artist on the square and in my opinion, is the best out of all the ladies. She has black and regular henna and will use whichever you prefer. Traditional Moroccan henna is not black henna. The black henna is not as natural as the other kind, if you have sensitive skin it can cause irritation. The other ladies on the square only use the cheaper black henna. She speaks some Spanish and some English. Her prices are very fair and reasonable and she won’t change her price on you at the last minute like some of the other ladies will.

She doesn’t sit grouped with the other ladies who do henna, sometimes she is to the left of the entrance to the kasaba, other times in front of the fountain in the Center. If you ask any of the men who try to get you to eat at their restaurant on the square where or who she is they will direct you.

Go to the best for henna!! Hajar is lovely.

Good food and a man named Hamza who works there told us about it on the hike, then he served us lunch! It was great.

Assez déçu … le henné ne tient pas .. j’ai payé 25€ pour une prestation au résultat certes jolie.. mais qui s’efface quasiment le soir même… donc je trouve cela assez cher.. dommage.. À éviter!

De passage à chefchaouen pendant 2 jours les 23 et 24 janvier, je suis allé faire un tatouage éphémère au henné par Hajaar. Très mauvaise expérience !! En effet, en plus du tarif (pourtant négocié à 150 dirahm) j’ai du payer 250 dirahm.
De plus, j’ai dû moi-même enlever le henné après séchage de 10minutes car elle était pressé !! le henné était de très mauvaise qualité !! Et dès le lendemain commençais à s’effacer !! Aujourd’hui (5 jours après l’avoir fait) il n’est presque plus visible !! Cette dame est une arnaqueuse !!! 😠

Mala experiencia. Te dicen un precio pero, cuando ya estás comiendo, te dicen haber acordado otro precio :(
Isa dice que no pidáis flan que te ponen uno rosa muy extraño. Tampoco pidáis pasteles porque te ponen tres :(
