The car was great. The price right and Tanger is a good place to drive from. The rendezvous in the car park at the ferry terminal felt a bit strange but this is a logical way to do the deal. Very important all parties on time and establish communication before the pick up time. I will recommend Tag Car to my friends should they travel there.

Tanger car rental is an essential part of our amazing stay in Morocco

This is our first time in Morocco and spent 3 days here. We are a family of 4 with kids at 6 and 2 yo. All the bookings are done through emails and online, whenever we send an email to Adam for any question, he replies promptly with patience and helpful information.

Even our ferry was late for 90mins, pick up staff Adii greeted us with warm cheers and provided us with info and tips traveling around. Car was like brand new and in perfect condition and cleanliness. And it’s very easy to reach out any staff for support through various means.

It’s highly recommended and will definitely choose Tanger car rental again if coming back to Morocco at any time.

We took the car at the port at Tanger Med and brought it back at Casablanca Airport. Worked perfectly!

Despite a 4-hour ferry delay to TangerMed port from the expected arrival time, the car rental staff were still waiting for me, which was a surprise. Their understanding of the situation were impressive.

Noleggio perfetto in tutta sicurezza. Abbiamo noleggiato una macchina per 3 giorni. Siamo stati ricevuti al terminal di Tanger Med e le istruzioni erano chiarissime ed il personale molto gentile sia durante la prenotazione che al check-in e checkout. Sicuramente se torneremo in Marocco useremo di nuovo TAG Car Rental . Un ringraziamento in particolare al signori Adam ed Adil .

Como mujer que da prioridad a la seguridad y comodidad en sus viajes, valorando la limpieza y la facilidad de uso, debo decir que sentí que me entendieron perfectamente. El coche era genial, lo que hizo que mi viaje fuera muy placentero. Además, su enfoque en hacer que todo el proceso de alquiler fuera fácil y sin complicaciones fue una gran ventaja. Sin duda, los recomiendo mucho.

Absolut zu empfehlen. Übergabe und Abgabe direkt am Fährhafen in Tanger Med. Kommunikation per WhatsApp. Alles sehr professionell. Jederzeit wieder.

You will get a car here! they wont leave you hanging. that's why i didnt go with 1 star, However:

they decided to cancel my reservation a day before because i didn't reply to a confirmation email from them a day before (i was overseas and didn't have an internet connection). I had already confirmed with them, told them my arrival time, but they cancelled anyway because they assumed based on my nationality (literally what the guy told me) that i would cancel without telling them.

I arrived at the port and there was no real office there. They get the car from somewhere else and bring it over to the Tang Med port. there was no way to call them, no one in the port knew of them, and it seemed like the whole business didn't exist. so i email the reservation person and he says wait 50 mins.

50 mins turned to 3 hrs.

the car came after 3 hrs, and it was a manual when i requested automatic. the person drove us somewhere else (1 hr away) to get the automatic car which was an extra charge even though it was not my mistake.

it had alot of damage on it but no big deal. I was waiting for 4 hrs and would have gotten anything.

Next morning, i woke up with the car tire flat. It had a puncture so i had to fix it in the middle of my vacation.

During a routine police checkpoint, they asked for car papers and they did not provide me with the original paperwork, and i also did not have a rental contract from them to prove i rented the car. I got fined twice for that reason.

I would suggest you go with somewhere more reputable and save your self the hastle. there are free busses that take you from tangier med port to tangier and there are 100s of options to pick from there. I did not know that and thought they were my only option.

We got a car but would not recommend. We had lots of issues. The car broke down half way through our trip so we had to spend half a day having it fixed and they did not assist or reimburse us. At the end they charged us about 10 euros for fuel even though the fuel was the same as when we got the car. The car was not very clean when we received it but they still got angry at us for not having it cleaned it before returning it (we were never told we had to have it professionally cleaned until we returned it). Disappointing part of an otherwise wonderful trip in Morocco.
