Best House

I love it! Maybe it's not too cozy but everything is very clean, super good AC in the room. Price is very good. Shared bathroom but very convenient and very clean! A supergirl at the reception speaks English very well but also she knows everything and is very helpful! She was unlucky to guest famous Mr. Van der Linde - the rudest person I have met on my 2 months trip. But she kept being proffesional which I admire because I would kick the guy off the hotel.
The only thing you may find uncomfortable are thin walls. Life begins around 6 am and its hard to sleep longer if you have weak sleep- it's a little noisy. Personally I don't mind.
Totally recommend, met some AWESOME people there!

Very clean, great prices!! (9$ for single room or 18$ for double), AC in all the rooms, shared toilet and shower but again - really clean!!

It is the BEST guesthouse in Dawei, good price with clean facilities, free water refills, tea & coffee, excellent customer service by Alexis the owner, they can rent motorbikes, bicycles, tour trips and bus tickets.

Fair prices, friendly staff. The girl (sorry I forgot your name) speaks very good english. Facilities were basic but clean.

It is a nice guest house in Dawei. Budget rooms, English speaking staff. Recommend.
