I stayed with my family during New Year Holidays. Hotel View is beautiful and rooms are very much comfortable. 5 Stars specially to the Hotel staff, they made our stay memorable and made us feel comfortable away from home. Food was amazing 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Highly Recommended.

Having a great time there.
Swimming pool ,our fav corner is clean & well-maintained.

Staffs are friendly served at their best.
Security staffs fulltime provided and well monitored the area.

But one thing, some kind of our request to hotel for plates , dishes are not wellcooperated , like they cant support disposable chopstick for our instant noodle .

Other than this , everything is quite well and love the atmosphere.

Aureum Ngapali is an amazing place. The staff are incredible and the food even better. My wife and I come to Ngapali ever year and now will always stay here when we come. I will always pay the extra money for the oceanview cottage. You are so close to the beach.

Big thx to all staff, management Leo and Wei Wei, and outstanding chef Erik. The staff were also so helpful with arranging a special night and dinner for my wife’s birthday. Once again, food amazing.

Only spent days there and had lunch and dinner on a few occasions. So no room review. Staff were all exemplary and food was Really good. The stuffed Calamari I Highly recommend. Eric the chef being a stand out when cooking. Wonderful setting.
