The food is the best among mandalay-style teashops. On top of it, they trained the waiters very well. Can get crowded often so you may not get a table if you go there late in the morning.

Have large parking space, food and services are perfect. Open hall style big tea shop. Recommend for taste of tea and plenty of food and snacks to choose.

Very good standard Myanmar tea shop!
Mostly little snack stuff, tea, and coffee. All extremely cheap. But most snacks are all very very oily! :/
