Get yourself to Loncheria Cedillo and find Gustavo Cedillo, master of one of the greatest breakfast sandwiches in Mexico, if not the world.

Ask for the sandwich ala Julio, sit down and watch Gustavo craft one of the most delicious things you’ll ever eat. Add loads of the red sauce that’s on the table, and if you like it spicy there are some habanero-pickled red onions to add as well.

It doesn’t get more delicious. With your body and soul feeling restored, you can walk back into the streets of Arandas ready for your next Cerveza and copita of Tapatio.
