I fit my braces recently with Dr Khor. I was nervous at first as It had been awhile since I went to visit a dentist. However, I had a good experience during the treatment as Dr is professional, gentle, explain in detailed patiently about my treatment and guidance for better teeth care after having braces. For more info, love the cleanliness of the clinic and all the staffs are friendly, professional and welcoming. Highly recommend⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hands down the best dental experience I've ever had! The staff are super friendly and they make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The dentists are skilled and gentle, and they actually listen to your concerns. Highly recommended!

Brought my son to Dr John yesterday as he complaint of toothache. Dr John was gentle and kind after thorough check only to notice his baby tooth is shaking thus cause the tension. Dr John was too kind that didn’t even charge us a single cent on the consultation! Kudos to this clinic always have lots of gentle & kind doctors. A clean clinic too in KK that I like to patrol!

Did my routine dental checkup and scaling with Dr Shannen in December 2023. Arrived and didn't have to waited 5mins for my appointment. Scaling and polishing took about 30 mins (longer than my usual 15mins) but I was told that is because of build up of plaque. Highly professional and detailed.

Also did whitening after scaling. Very happy with the results. A bit of sensitivity for 10 mins after the treatment but teeth got 3-4 shades whiter!

Professional doctor to consult, successfully done extraction of wisdom tooth in less than 20 minutes. The doctor and assistant are friendly and professional, in which I don’t feel anxiety or scared. The price is affordable and reasonable. Overall very good experience

Had my wisdom tooth removed here by Dr KaiRou. Free Consultation by Dr Felix. did not regret coming here for the minor surgery, painlessly done by Dr KaiRou. She would constantly asked if I am ok, and explained each process during the surgery. Very gentle and professional dentist. 10/10. Had it at their same branch Smiles dental clinic which is very clean, peaceful and comfortable. It comes at a very reasonable price!

Appointment with Dr. Shannen Lim. Explained well on the price range vs quality, so patient can decide wisely. So, gentle and patiently explain to questions.

Done root canal treatment and filling. Good service, doctor Ken very gentle. Not afraid for dental treatment anymore. Tq so much.

Just like any normal human, i hate visiting the dentist. I was greeted with the friendly staff at the counter, they gave me an earlier slot with Dr Yil.

Dr Yil did my scalling and polishing and a mollar tooth extraction. She took the effort to explain what she was doing, step by step.

Really felt comfortable under her care.

Made an appoinment and follow up with Dr Kairou (a female dentist); she was so gentle throughout the procedures. I had undergone of scaling, filling, polishing and extraction of wisdom tooth. Felt so calm under her treatment, very satisfied with her thorough and simplest explanation and tips of taking care your teeth and gum. I am so satisfied with my visit at Ooi and Khor; and my experience with Dr Lim Kairou. Please arrange an appoinment before your visit to ensure smooth experience. Both my visits took less than 1hour. 40-50mins including waiting time. Thank you again Dr Kairou.

I just visited Ooi & Khor Dental today. They follow the SOP very well in order to prevent virus outbreak. The staffs hv done their best to makesure every visitor has checked in with mySejahtera apps and body temperature is measured. Their effort is appreciated.

Did Scaling and Polishing with Dr. Chew and her assistant Teong. Very impressed by the professionalism portrayed by both the doctor and the nurse. Counter staff was friendly and all of them treated me like family. Highly recommend Dr. Chew Li Chern and Thank You OK Dental for a wonderful visit.
