This senior home provides a conducive living enviroment for the elderly; monthly fee is reasonable, well ventilated and lighted, odour free, beds are well spaced with ample walking area and served balanced meals. Staffs and care-givers are caring and helpful.

Most important, it provides medical cares and attentions to the elderly. It is WELL RECOMMENDED TO THOSE WHO ARE HUNTING FOR A SENIOR HOME. "Well done and keep it up"

Dishonest business owner. Unclear T&C, trying to cheat money from the customers. Not even bother to issue receipts after received the payment.

My dad was recently sent to this center in mid April, expecting to be cared well by the staff as he is over 80 and could not walk already. Despite mixed reviews, I chose this center as it is quite near our home. However, we were shocked at how the center was managed by the so-called supervisor lady who was supposedly an experienced retired nurse. The expectation is that the center staff is supposed to manage the welfare of my dad but ended up us as customers having to do many things and buy the consumables ourselves. I ended up being more busy taking care of my dad at the nursing home as they appear to not be responsible enough to do the necessary care work. Even calling for medical help like doctor and ambulance has to be done by ourselves. They provide limited to no assistance. After less than 1 month, I had to relocate my dad to another center. Feeling very disappointed as they made no attempt to remedy the situation. Choose wisely before sending your loved ones to aged care homes.
