Our first experience in to travel with all the siblings and nieces together to Indonesia and we choose Bali. The service and response of agent Wana is really good and trustworthy. We were well-informed about the trip, itinerary and all the details about the trip prior the travelling day. Supir Anton also very friendly, informative and flexible. Since that my sister is craving for durian, he don’t mind to stop by.

Alhamdulillah, first experience in Indonesia, we chose private trip to Padang as our destination. Service from GTT, agent Su had been awesome. She was flexible, informative, guide given from booking ticket till the end, all info in WhatsApp group was very useful ( lama tak travel, Nak kena revision sikit). Supir Firdaus was superb! He explained Minangkabau culture well, we learnt a lot! Even some basic Minang words, “ciyek, duo, tigo!”He was very understanding, respectful, knowing we travel with kids, he never smoked near us, he was always cheerful around the kids which made the journey fun! Really appreciate his service throughout the trip. Food was good, solat pun senang sangat, hotel arrangements were satisfactory too. Recommended for a flexible relaxing trip, panoramic view to die for and unique cultural experience. Met my expectations for this trip. Well done GTT, keep it up

It's a good trip travel with GTT to Surabaya.The Supir also very friendly and helpful.many place that we visit very beautiful and we decide to come again with GTT travel agency .

Trip to bali was been enjoying.., a few things should be improved when selecting the hotel at the bali . The driver super super excellent and should give some reward to the driver mas gandi . Really good service

Alhamdulillah trip ke Ho Chi Minh-Dalat-Muine berjalan lancar dengan Gerbang cuma 1 je yang tak best sket..hotel semua bertukar, tak sama hotel yang dijanjikan and boss vietnam asyik nak suruh tour guide blk HCM and tgl kami dengan driver yang tak blh bahasa inggeris and BM tapi kami bertegas tak bg tour guide blk..semua dah bagus, tour guide yang sangat bagus & informative, makan sedap siap ada pilihan, transportation pon selesa, itinerari flexi boleh tukar, agent Malaysia mantap especially Safrina..TQ jugak dkt admin Huda..overall 5/5 even ada few hiccups..pasti akan guna service Gerbang lg ❤
