Horrible experience with items and customer service. Items are of a very poor quality, after two times wearing they just get broken. When you contact support, super unhelpful. All they can is to give standard responses and don’t even read email trying to understand problem or suggest solution.
Waiting for my refund for 2 months now and still no progress.

I returned my online order within 30 days and expected the money back in the form i paid as the policy says.
But they said I have returned after 30 days and didn’t give my money back! (Instead gave me a gift code!!)

Customer service didn’t help me either!!
Have not yet managed to get my money back.

Ik heb al meerdere malen via hun formulier op hun website aangegeven dat mijn broek die ik 5 maanden geleden had gekocht gepluisd is en wat zij kunnen doen heb ik nog tot op heden geen antwoord gehad ik kan ook niet bellen en nu zit ik met een broek die er zo lelijk uitziet en niemand die mij kan helpen.
