I can absolutely recommend this store!

My package was shipped just one business day after I ordered online and arrived in Germany 3 days later. Some stores take longer just for national shipping.

One of the items teared when I first wore it. I don't blame the shop for that - I was just used to more sturdy quality from the producers brand 'Punk Rave'. Might have been partly my fault or a bad seam on the shirt. Not sure to be honest.
I reported the incident to Jacques and provided a picture of the damaged shirt. After waiting a bit on their further communication with the label I was told that I will receive a free replacement within a few weeks. I consider this a very generous and customer friendly decision and appreciate it alot. Thanks again.

Super awesome shop, really friendly owner :D The website may look a little old, but do not let that fool you, this shop is legit!! Bizarre was amazing!! My boots were lost in the mail due to the back-up of mail at the Port of Miami Due to COVID-19 and Jacque worked with me the whole time until we were able to locate them and they were delivered to my house. It took 45 days but, that was due to no fault of Bizarre. Excellent customer service and follow through!

Unieke winkel voor alternatieve kleren en accessoires. De eigenaars zijn uitbundig, vriendelijk en enorm behulpzaam. Ze denken mee na en suggereren alternatieven. We zijn er een tijdje binnen geweest en het was echt een beleving en aangename ervaring. Zelfs de pashokjes zijn hier uniek!

Super geweldige winkel..2 eigenaren zijn prettig gestoord,als je iets aantrekt,en het staat je niet verkopen ze het ook niet..dat is top..ik ga altijd helemaal fris en fruitig de deur uit..top collectie.. en vaak rek met afgeprijsde kleding in beperkte maten..en de koffie is heerlijk
