I went through NIC ASIA MANIGRAM BRANCH. It was worst experience l. I came on holiday for a month and i had my family and friends suggested me to get an account but i think it was my worst experience i waited almost 4 hour for mobile banking. It was not by the fault of manigram branch staff but the issue was with Digital banking team. Staff from manigram branch rang multiple person on DB but their everytime reply was someone was on lunch break and same thing was on and on for multiple time. And at last i decided rather to go to any other bank and get my account open rather then NIC ASIA. Today NIC ASIA not only lost one customer but multiple as i will share this experience with my family and friends and ask them to use any other bank rather then NIC Asia.
Overall staff of manigram branch tried their best to solve my issue but nevertheless they lost a valuable customer.
