Hotel Sungava

I was getting late to kathmandu and stopped accidentally at this divine resort.
Calm, Serene and amidst nature. No nonsense of city noises. You can only hear the sounds of nature. The owner and the staff are so friendly - they ensure your taken care of in all possible ways.

At this price point. Its highly value for Money and strongly recommend.

The Property is at a superb location , the rooms are neat , spacious and well planned. There are cottages for a natural feel. The view from the rooms is heavenly.

The managers and service staff are very welcoming , friendly and helpful.

The food is fresh and tasty.

I have been here twice and this place is amazing to chill with friends as well as family.

The price is reasonable and affordable as well.

Food : Very good, but small selection
Environment : Very good. Nature is top class.
Transportation : Reasonably good.
Electricity and Wifi : Often out, but comes back the day after.
Water and bathroom : only cold water
Room : Very nice and big for 2 people. And it is also quite fresh for being basically immediately in nature

Overall for being basically far away from everything else my summary is very good. Also accessible for wheelchair / handicapped person with assistant with few steps that can be overcome with personnel help.

Located just beside the highway the sungava hotel has a best possible infrastructure in that region. There are bunker style houses as rooms. The dining and food is good for the price. The hotel has a magnificent view of mountains and forests. The bathrooms were clean and the room we're quite large. Overall great experience in minimum cost.

Word can't explain the feeling what I got there.
I only want to say to fellow terai people. This is an awesome place. To fine dine wine barbecue and more thing we can do. As we all aware that this is the only nearby place where we can enjoy the snow and one of the highest places nearby to the Terai region to enjoy with the friend and family.. I would love to suggest you guys to plz try hiking also.. And their now word for the friendly and cooperative behaviour of staff... 😀😀😀 loved it...

This is one of my best place. The most amazing thing is weather here. At this moment the outside temperature is 17 °c. Im in mood with this nature. Be here and enjoy this existence.

Just some years back opened but very progressive, well arranged, achieved 2 stars from the department of food inspection and quality control..I definitely recommend it.
