Would give a 0/5 if allowed. Absolute worst customer service and don’t care for the tourists safety at all. Supposed to do the Machu Picchu tour with ATVs but however with the recent violent protests in their country and frequent suspension of trains, nevermind the hundreds of tourists stranded at Machu Picchu, they insisted that the tour would run normally. They completely ignored the fact that they would not be able to provide safe shelter and food if we were to be stranded in Machu Picchu. We tried numerous times to cancel and ask for a refund from this trip as the US Emmassy states for US citizens to not travel in the area due to the violence and protests, however the company’s only response was that us not going would not allow other tourists to not go rather than the safety of their customers. Would avoid this company with all costs.
