Vida Homes Condo Resort Philippines

The accommodation is very clean and clean, and the quality of bedding is very satisfactory.
The swimming pool is well managed, so I recommend it as a lodging for families.

We have visited Vida Homes several times now over the years and really love it here!

My husband comes for the diving and I love making the most of the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the resort.
The staff are wonderful and are great with our children.
There is not a lot to do in the area (besides diving), but it is one of the most relaxing resorts I have been to.
Most guests seem to enjoy making the most of their own apartments, so the pool and gardens are seldom crowded. It sometimes feels like you have the whole resort to yourself.

Had a great 4 week stay here with the family.
The rooms and grounds are immaculate and the service is friendly and professional, which makes up for anything else that might be less than perfect.

Since our last stay here (before Covid), all construction is now complete and there is a new bar/pool/restaurant lying between Vida Hones and the associated Pura Vida Dive Resort.
The food menu is still the same, but still a good selection. Generally the food is good and a fair price.
Was great to see lots of familiar faces amongst the staff from our last visit.

We had some bad weather during our stay (July-August), but still managed to get some great dives in. Service from the neighbouring Dive Centre (Sea Explorers) was excellent.

We read a few reviews commenting on the poor Wi-Fi.
It's not great…!
No worse than other places we’ve been in PH though.
We bought a SMART 3G router from a local store for under $18, which came with 1 month’s unlimited data. Fast enough for Netflix.
Problem solved and on with the holiday!

(You’ll also need a local SIM to set up the WiFi router. Costs under $1 and also comes with a few day’s free data, which would also be suitable on it’s own for short stays)

Great stay...excellent staff service! We enjoyed our stay in one of the villas. Perfect size for our group.
I also had an incident and commend the honesty of their staff. We were on our way to the airport when they called to let me know I left my backpack. They made the effort to send their staff to get my backpack. It was a close call as we were already inside the plane. Thank you so much!

A very lovely place. The condo villa we stayed at was very spacious with three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very spacious living room kitchen space. It also had its own private pool with easy access to the larger pools on the common grounds. Free breakfast is also provided to those staying.
The place is extremely close to the town proper and the location of the resort is roughly 10-15 minutes away from Dumaguete City.

My family and I stayed at Vida Homes 3BR Villa. The home has all the amenities I could ask for. The staff were just a call away and were very accommodating. My kids loved the pool! We would love to stay again!

Had an amazing stay at Vida homes, and my only regret is that we weren’t able to stay in the resort for longer hours because of our day activities. The staff, led by the resort manager Tess was very warm and accommodating. We booked a two bedroom unit which had a spacious layout and very nice furnishings. The huge veranda opens up to the garden and swimming pool. I could just lounge there all day. Definitely worth the price!

Spacious, clean, and secure. 3-bedroom villa with private villa (good for 6 pax) has access to the other pools. Courteous and accommodating staff, including security personnel. Villa's kitchen has everything you need to cook/prepare meals. Wish a water dispenser could be provided, however.

One of the best resorts we have been to. All staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the room is clean and spacious with a big terrace. Dive shop is great with an extremely sence of security.

A very relaxed resort. A place where you can enjoy your coffee in the mornings and mojitos in the evenings without feeling exposed or confined. Easy access to local diving, bars and restaurants along the beach.
Six times I have visited so far, and each time has been wonderful. There may be cheaper options and there may be better options, but there are no cheaper and better options.
Highly recommended!

Suites are beautiful and clean. The grounds are well maintained. The food is great. The staff are excellent and very helpful.
