Cangkalanog Falls

Its a really beautiful waterfalls where you can enjoy diving and taking pictures with the nature. You can also bring a grill if you want to eat there but make sure to clean after. There is 50 pesos entrance fee. I suggest you park somewhere near the place or ask the locals where to park since the road going to the place is pretty ugly. Some are cemented but some are under construction. You can ride habal2 for 100 pesos(one way)

I’ve seen other reviews of this place so I was skeptical, but when I visited this waterfall the area was very clean and I was the only person there.

The waterfall itself is tiny (barely a waterfall) but the pool is lovely to swim in, a nice surprise after the letdown of visiting Kawasan waterfall. The water is clear and deep, and on one end of the pool the water is shallower (you can see the bottom of the pool).

To reach the waterfall: after getting off the main road you can keep driving your bike down the narrow concrete strip for 800m until you reach the parking area. I preferred walking down this part because the area is very quiet and full of lush greenery — walking back up was not as nice tho! Entrance to the waterfall is 50 pesos and parking is 20 pesos. Near the entrance there is also a stall where you can buy some food and drinks.

Was very quiet very nice experience for resting alone and swimming on the clear turquoise water , entrance was 50 pesos, far from moalboal maybe 25 km by scooter like 30-40 minutes , I recommend you all ,

Better alternative for super crowded kawasan falls.
The road and pathway though is steep. We went during summer but the place was not crowded. If you like to avoid the crowd at kawasan, cangkalanog is one of the best alternative.

Small but worth it, you pay enterance 50 per person but people are honest and welcoming. Lost my phone but the whole village came and help look for it, very nice people and waterfall, plus no tourists are there. Better than paying for the overpriced scammers canyoneering.

Nice place to spend a few hours, deep enough for jumping. Locals are very welcoming.

Best road to head there with scooter from Moalboal is via Alegria.

I love this falls. It was crystal clear water and it’s cold.
I like the rocks formation that brings the falls spectacular.

Water is cool, love it much. Very refreshing!

The place is just majestic. The blue water is very inviting and the place is super relaxing. All you can hear is the drift of the water, sound of the trees and birds. We were so lucky because there were no other people when we got there. We really enjoyed jumping and swimming. There are small fishes that would feast on your toes. There is also a caretaker there that sells bananas and a bunch of food so we enjoyed some noodles before heading home.

I hate this place, it's hideous. The water is too blue.... 😉

Unique experience i had... Nature lover

A bit off the track but worth the while visiting it. Love the jumps of the bamboo bridge.

Cachoeira pequena, mas ótimo lugar para se refrescar, a água é limpa e gelada, apenas 3 minutos de caminhada da entrada. 50 pesos a entrada e 20 pesos para estacionar.

Hermosa cascada.
Tiene un camino con bastante dificultad para llegar, en moto.
esta el camino en construcción.
Cobran entrada 50php más 20php de parking.
Hay un kiosco , la botella de agua de 500ml sale 20php
Es poco visitado, pero muy lindo
