Very kind and good I had lost my baggage and shezad bhai ,mushtabba and shabbir and lady helped us alot I am very glad that I found it thanks to their crew.

They are moved from one side to the other in plaza but not updated on map or web.

l booked my flight trip for myself and my wife from karachi to Calgary with Qatar airways for April 22, 2021 and back from Toronto to Karachi on June 15, 2021 with flight QR 5508.
First part of trip was a good experience.
I was shocked at Toronto airport when I was denied boarding card for QR 5508 which was booked through Royal Airport Service, Karachi.
RAS did not inform me about cancellation of my booking.
RAS HAS FAILED TO GUIDE ME FOR WHAT TO DO NEXT.
Toronto airport persons tell us to take guidance from travel agent, RAS.

Very Poor service, No one at the counter while all other counter were serving the client.. One guy showed up but without entertaining he left.. he returned back @ 8 o’clock in the morning but he was in sleeping mode with half closed eyes. Very disappointed with the service

Very very poor management of mishandled baggage claim. I have been in pakistan for 2 months and i claimed my damaged luggage more than a month ago i have been running after them, calling and sending emails for over three weeks and neither have i been compensated so far nor have I received any response on the update. I have to travel back jn a week now and have no bag to go back with.
