Hotel One Naran

Ok so this one late review but nonetheless want to make sure the credit is given where due. I stayed here in August 23 and it was a superb experience and welcoming. The entire staff was extremely hospitable and the resident manager Mr. Hassan was a thorough professional and doing a great job with his team. Always there to listen and make sure the customer has a pleasant stay.
The food was superb as well, both the room service and at the restaurant. Since the hotel is located in a busy area and in the valley do not expect great views but if you are looking for a three star comfortable and cozy stay with great food and service; this is the place.

Stay was good and specially view from roof top is outclass and near to the market . The housekeeping staff was very cooperative. We have really enjoyed our stay . Front Office staff was very professional and mr thair is really good person.

Amazing stay, great hospitality provided to us by sir Tahir Sultan. His exceptional service made us extend another day. I thought pakistans best talent always moves abroad, I couldn’t have been mistaken.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel One Naran! We stayed here two separate nights, to and from our trip to GB. The concierge, Mr. Tahir Sultan, was extremely warm and accommodating! Breakfast included, very tasty. Good Wi-Fi, but ask the IT guy to set up your device. Warm water as well, just needs few minutes to heat up. Quick walk to the Main Street for dinner. We’ll back on our next trip north!

We stayed here for two nights and we loved the hotel. It has speedy Wi-Fi connection, running hot water, and quick access to the main market.

In particular, the hospitality and service provided to us by Mr. Tahir Sultan at the front desk.
He was helpful, informative, and accommodating to all our requests and concerns.

Will certainly be back here again next season.
