This restaurant is located on Suranj Ganj Bazar Quetta. This restaurant offers some special and tasty traditional dishes. Mutton Roash, Afghani Pulao, and Mutton Booti. This restaurant also offers separate Family Hall. There is Parking problem near the restaurant and always have traffic conjunction in surrounding. Best time to visit this restaurant is after 8.00 pm.

We Tried their Mutton Rosh with Afghani Booti and Kabli Pulao. I liked Afghani Booti the most. It was soo yummy and highly highly recommended. Roosh was also tasty. Kabli pulao was average.

Food is awesome. Kabuli Pulao and Rosh has no match. However, sitting is not good. Restaurant owner needs to improve cleanliness and upgrade sitting.

Shah wali is an open roof restaurant having floor seating of traditional carpets.

Food serving time is 15-20 minutes. Fresh lassi ,excellent mutton barbecue (without excessive tinder and spice) , nicely cooked Rosh , kabli plaao, naan and green tea.

Very economical, only round about 1000 PKR per person. Cooperative staff with overcrowded but conducive environment.

Shah Wali Restaurant is backward place compare to other modren style restaurant, but here you can get best and delicious Afghani Khurak, Roast, Kabuli Pulao and other Foods.

To say the least, Shah Wali restaurant is an absolutely better place to enjoy mouth-watering Afghani/traditional cuisines. The restaurant is situated in the middle of a bustling city centre i.e Suraj Ganj Bazaar. The owner, Shah Wali himself is of Turkmen descent and is running the business for the last couple of decades. Meals are generally served in an open terrace atop the restaurant. Sadly, there is no place for families to sit in and enjoy the meal.

The food was really good, Specially their Afghani boti , Kabli pulao and Rosh. Totally worth it ❤
