Arte Bar

Went there for a group event yesterday and must say the service was great and although slow coming out of the kitchen, it was completely understandable as there were so many people. Also it worked out perfectly as you got a fresh, hot plate of the most delicious fish and chips I have ever had in Portugal. The batter was light and flavoursome, the fish succulent accompanied by home made fries, mushy peas and delicious sauces. I loved it. Will definitely go back and take friends. I had the small option which was plenty for me but most were served double that and at a great price. Everyone I spoke said they loved it. Thank you.

Great little bar slightly off the beaten path, relaxed atmosphere and quite popular with the ex pats.
Service was quick and friendly and reasonably priced.
Wish we had found it earlier as it was really close to our hotel.
Inside seating if it gets a bit chilly but plenty of tables and chairs outside. They also had a live act when we visited but I don't think they have that every day.

Third visit to Arte bar. Time to review.

First class effort, superb roast beef and all trimmings.
Wonderful atmosphere, very relaxed,guitarist/singer providing live, easy listening.
World class customer service here.

Chocolate cake dessert was a real sugar rush, along with my wine, and Ginjinha.
Must visit here.

Lovely bar with outside seating. It was the chefs day off, though I'm led to believe they do a lovely Sunday lunch.

Just had the best burger I've EVER had!!! It was tremendous!!! Also had a Portuguese cheese platter, fantastic!!! The staff are very pleasant, run off their feet but nothing is a bother. We're here for another week and booked for their famous BBQ on Sunday. Thanks guys, you're worth your weight in gold 🥰

Friendly service (lovely family from Liverpool run the place) and in a great spot away from the crowds and with views of the ocean. The Monday night quiz was great! Will return when next in the area 👍👍👍

Nice terrace bar. Reasonably priced drinks. Lovely bar maid changed playlist to Rock music. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Had a wonderful time. Really enjoyed Francisco doing his Elvis impression. We heard his voice lower down the valley and followed the sound to reach the bar. Staff were friendly. Lively atmosphere.

A nice friendly and chilled place to have a few cold drinks and some good food. Quizes and entertainment organised for most days. The staff are good and great fun.

Went here for the quiz night. The quiz was great with a good mix of questions and friendly compere keeping everyone involved but the highlight had to be the cocktails each one we tried was excellent. The Mai Tai was our favourite.

Lovely little pub with great entertainment. Plenty of drinks choice. Food was amazing.
