Excellent sea food, great service. I don't know how they managed the flat, blue, mortuary lighting without florescent tubes and I didn't ask. Their Tamboril is fantastic, as is "their" vinho Verde. Prices are low and you will need to book ahead. Portions are hefty, we shared the main and a salad supplement.

Superb meal! Very informal setting, but amazing traditional food. I loved the Açorda de Marisco…be aware that the portions are very generous! Went back a second time last night and got the hake with shrimp and clams, which was excellent!

Food is good. Rosalie is a great waitress. You can take whatever she recommend. However, the overall serving is slower. Suggest to reserve more time to enjoy the wine and food.

A friend leads wine tours and always brings his people to this little place. It's very simple authentic local Portugal food. Served by wonderfully friendly and peaceful people.

Wonderful place. Excellent food - had grilled pork steak. Was simple, but superb ingredients and preparation. And our waitress was great- friendly, helpful, and even presented my wife w a sunflower at the evening’s conclusion. Just good people and food.

This great place off the beaten path makes you feel like your not a tourist. Wonderful food and great drinks. The owner works the tables and has fun doing it. Families, large parties or couples.

Ask for Rosalee, she was spectacular. Very helpful, knowledgeable, nice, funny and English speaking. Food was awesome and we loved ROSALEE! You will not be disappointed.

Nice little restaurant down an alley. I had a veal stew and my husband had osso buco, both were delicious and the portions quite large. Our starters were also very tasty.

Awesome food at a great price point. The service was fantastic. Highlight of a month long trip to Portugal where we eat out every day. Don't miss out on this place for dinner.

Giant portions

Fantastic food, great wine, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. We were guided by our Portuguese friend who had selected some fantastic dishes. Please do visit this place

They serve generous portions of delicious rustical food. My veal was grilled in point and i couldnt get enough of the garlic rize.

Excelent tradicional dishes from Alentejo. Please try the Cação Soup. One of the best i have tested.
The service is excelent as well.
