I have a very good experience with this SEF. The lady attended me was very nice and professional. It took me more less 30 min to finish there. and I received my card in one week. They decided on my application in 2 days. Very nice experience I recommend them

The place is top of the hill. Recommended to take taxi from train station to SEF Santarém. SEF officer's behaviour is good.

It’s very good SEF i got my first resident card in 25 day’s the attendant was very helpful and kind everything went very smooth

Foi a minha 2º experiência de estar no SEF, a 1º foi no de Sétubal um SEF muito pessímo, horrivel! a 2º foi em Santarém, um SEF muito acolhedor, simpáticos e respeitos, não olham para os emigrantes com minusculidade! O segurança na entrada super fixe, a minha estada lá no dia 30/05/23 foi muito boa. espero que a vossa também seja. até porque nem todos dias são santos ;).

Gostaria de registrar minha satisfação com o SEF Santarém, onde fui atendida em 17/03/2022, para reagrupamento, e fui extremamente bem atendida pela atendente Oksana, que nos tratou com muita cortesia e gentileza, e conduziu o processo de forma ágil e eficiente, eu estava muito nervosa e não sabia o que esperar da entrevista e fui muito bem acolhida, profissionais como a Oksana merecem ser reverenciados. Também ressalto o atendimento do Guarda que atende a porta e dá informações, que foi muito educado, não só comigo, mas com todos que lhe pediam informações. Sef Santarém está de parabéns.
