Amazing views. Maria provided us the great tour around vineyard. We had 3 wines tasting in a nice tea house with great view. Happy experience. Highly recommend! Book beforehand. Call and ask for the time of tours.

We had a great experience at this Quinta! We arrived unexpected and could still get a tour. The tour is I think the best of the area! You are only with your own group, the guide is very sweet, passionated, and full of knowledge which she gladly shares about the history of the estate till today. After visiting the wine process you have the chance to drive around the wine-yards in their cute little van, where you can enjoy an amazing view of the river and fields! The tour ends with the wine tasting in very cute terrasse somewhere on the estate. We tasted their different wines (not Port wine). We definitely recommend this Quinta to anyone wanting to have a wine tour in the Douro!

É impossível conhecer o Douro sem visitar e degustar os vinhos da Quinta dos Frades. A anfitriã, Maria João Alves é uma autêntica embaixadora da Região Duriense e da Quinta dos Frades.

Experiência fantástica! Nos surpreendemos com a exclusividade do tour, com a simpatia da guia Maria João, com toda a história da quinta, com o processo produtivo e a divertida volta nas vinhas na viatura deles. A casa de chá (onde acontece a degustação) é uma graça! As vistas para o Douro são indescritíveis! Agendamos no mesmo dia (sempre melhor por ligação) e foi a melhor surpresa que vivemos na nossa viagem ao Douro. Excelente custo benefício. Indico um milhão de vezes!

Superbe propriété. Visite individuelle géniale. Attention il faut appeler avant car sinon la porte d'entrée est fermée. On peut appeler juste 5 minutes avant la visite. Réservé aux personnes qui parlent Anglais car au téléphone et pour la visite la guilde ne parle que Anglais

Absolument WOW !!! La visite était absolument parfaite !!! Nous avons appris sur tout le processus de fabrication du vin et nous avons fait une magnifique visite dans les vignes pour admirer de magnifiques points de vues sur la vallée du Douro. La visite était privée et c’était top + ! Nous avons fait plusieurs visites et c’était de loin la plus intéressante, complète, magnifique et gouteuse 😉 réservez les yeux fermés!

Très bonne visite privée et dégustation guidée par la vendeuse qui est très accueillante. Des vins très fins et de beaux paysages avec vue sur le Douro. Je recommande !

En fantastisk vinprovning och guidad tour. Vår guide var kunnig och mycket bra på engelska. Vi blev guidade runt vinodlingarna med bil och stannade högst upp med magisk utsikt över Dourodalen och avslutades med en vinprovning.

Rekommenderas varmt.
