Dois Lagares House - Quinta de Santo António

We tried to check in early and it was awkward. But Bruno had some time and let us in. It really isn’t a hotel but more like a B&B where the owners also have other jobs. Everyone who worked there was really sweet and helpful. I know other reviews have complained a bit about the staffing but our experience was really positive. Bruno gave us a tour of the vineyard, sadly we didn’t have time to do a tasting. I think you need to schedule it in advance. But we did buy a bottle of his wine. Super great! Better than most of the other stuff we tasted in the valley. Produced by a small vineyard/winery. It was really a refreshing experience compared to the slick big Quintas nearby. We walked to and from the hotel/inn everyday. Takes about 15 minutes to get to the station. You do have to be comfortable walking to really experience Pinhao.

Lovely guest house, we felt welcome and at home. Our room was very clean, very cozy and modern, we had a little terrace outside with the comfiest lounge chairs. Breakfast was complete. The location is close to Pinhao center but not the best to access by foot. Parking area is convenient.

Great stay at a clean and comfortable place. Service and welcome was fantastic, with a basic but useful breakfast provided each morning. Great location to wander into town or go explore the Douro valley from.

The place has a very beautiful view and the staff are so nice! We really recommend the tour in their wine yard. We got a good and personal welcome where they explained about their wine yard and the area. They are really helpful regarding any local or other “must see” things in the area. The room was nice and big.

Very cute rooms with a balcony overseeing the Douro River. Breakfast starts at 8. We didn't stay so can't comment on that. The owners are responsive, but not prompt. Ask all your questions with plenty of lag time.

Very clean spacious modern rooms and building in typical traditional style. Quiet location with great views of vineyards and River. Short walking distance from centre and restaurants/ shops. Great walks / tour throughout the owners vineyards. Great for photography. Very warm, friendly and professional hosts. Good breakfast included.

Beautiful and comfortable accommodation, nice spacious rooms that are tastefully funished, impeccably clean, porch and breakfast area with a spectacular view of the Douro Valley and its vinyards. The owners were really attentive and welcoming and took great care of us. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful experience! Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Our hosts greeted us with wine, tourist recommendations and a warm welcome. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay in lovely Pinhão.

5-10 minutes walk from the port, center, train station of Pinhao.
Beautifully located above a side arm of the Douro River. Clean and stylish rooms with air conditioning and access to the shared terrace.
A nice breakfast was served in the morning.

This is a nice little guest house in the Douro valley. The room was spacious and breakfast was very nice. If you are wanting to travel to Quintas in the Douro valley this is a perfect location.

Newly built and attached to the family winery. Lovely room with big bathroom, on site free parking, adequate continental breakfast.

Very nice place. All new and clean and cozy. We where welcomed with a nice glass of white wine from the family quinta.

친절히 도움주셨어요 비용지불하고 픽업해주셨는데운전해 가면서 군데 군데 뷰 포인트 안내까지 해주시네요.

A região é muito bonita, o hotel estilo bed and breakfast é bem arrumado, limpo, com decoração de bom gosto, roupa de cama e toalhas novas e muito limpas. O banheiro (ou casa de banho) é espaçoso e tem um chuveiro excelente, ótimo. A cama é confortável (maior que a de casal normal, mas não sei se chega a ser Queen). Tem estacionamento no local. O atendimento da proprietária e da funcionária são ótimos! Muito bom mesmo.O café da manhã é básico pode melhorar. Nesse tipo de acomodação, com frequência, encontramos produtos da região (ou típicos do país), nesse não encontramos. Uma sugestão seria incluir alguns produtos desse tipo no café da manhã (pequeno almoço), com opções de alimentos regionais e preparados na hora.

Excelente! Ótima localização, simpatia no atendimento, quarto amplo e moderno, agradável sala/cozinha partilhada... e um simpático Rocky a receber-nos :) Impera o sossego no local com uma vista muito agradável para o Pinhão.

Excelente casa para hospedarse. No es barato pero la casa está recién construida, todo nuevo. La decoración y el ambiente inmejorables. Muy buen desayuno. La atención de Bruno y su familia es muy dedicada. Buena ubicación y las vistas... (en las fotos)
