It was tricky to find this place - it’s located inside the ShoppingCentre (near Pingo Doce).

I had an appointment and came 30min in advance and was immediately called to the desk. No waiting 👍🏻

The worker didn't speak English, but if you have all the documentation it will be no problem. Procedure for changing your driver license is very fast. 👍🏻

Since the system was down, we had to visit the Marvila branch. It was very easy and pleasant throughout the process, especially due to the help of a nice English speaking lady, Anna Sousa, which helped us a lot in a kindly manner.

Helpful staff. Did not wait a lot. But Google maps took me to a total different location and made me walk about 15 minutes on the side of the highway!

Came here to exchange my foreign driving licence at IMT. They were superfast and I didn't had to wait even for 5 minutes.

The entire process was done in less than 10 minutes. Probably the best experience I had in any government office so far.

Scheduled with IMT via email. They emailed back after 5 days with an appointment. I arrived on time and I was received by IMT immediately. I finished my license exchange in 30 mins.
