Stayed over on two different occasions. Rooms were great, price was great. Loved the restaurant with it's local and regional specialities. Great food!

Amazing hotel! The staff was very welcoming, especially our waiter. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious! The breakfast in the morning was very good. The breakfast had eggs, cheese, bacon, ham, pastries, croissants, cereal, yogurt, juice, and coffee.

Amazing hotel, food is good, food is pretty, food is emasculate. Fudge is good but I don’t know what else you want me to say lol I don’t know what to do I just wanna know how you like the hotel but you can tell I like the place I went there and it’s a really good place and it’s really cool and you could go and eat there if you’re bored or not but you want to come and stay for the night or whatever and I could just go there if I didn’t have a place that I could just stay for a night and you guys would have to stay there for the whole day or you could stay there and then I could stay there for dinner

Great hotel, helpful staff who couldn't do enough. They even went out to get Gluten free bread for my wife for the next mornings breakfast. Restaurant staff were very good and food we had in the evening was very tasty. Breakfast was varied with some hot and cold options.

The spa was open and as of writing availability was by booking when you're there. Nice to have the pool, sauna and Turkish bath just to ourselves for our 45 min slot, which we felt was enough.

Room we had was spacious and modern. We had emailed the hotel in the week before asking about rooms which had just a shower instead of a bath and the reply was helpful. My inlaws got a free upgrade to an adapted room with a walk in shower, which was unexpected and made things easier for them.

Overall a good stay and we would go back to explore more of the beautiful Serra da Estrela.

Wow. Wow ! Clean, new, well designed rooms, comfortable bed and fantastic and super tasty food at the restaurant. The menu offers a wide range of great vegetarian dishes (which is kinda rare in Portugal).
The staff are very friendly and we enjoyed great hospitality!
Must visit hotel, even worth making a detour to visit Serra da Estrela.
Perfect hotel for relaxing, enjoying the view, eat and drink well in reasonable prices, and get to know very nice people.

We stayed here 1 night and wanted to go in the mountains for the 2 following days. Due to bad weather we had to return. They were very helpful here and rebooked a booking we had with them for 2 days later.
They have a nice swimming pool and the food is good!

We stayed for a few days and really enjoyed it! Everyone is super helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant is amazing! It's hard to find a good restaurant with gourmet food in this region but this one is one of the best we've ever eaten - and we travel a lot!

Great place with very friendly staff, nice (but bit overpriced) pool, good restaurant and beautiful clean rooms. Quite expensive during the high (winter) season but in summer for very reasonable price. Our view was wonderful same as whole national park.

An amazing place: perhaps not in the most beautiful spot, but impeccably kept, beautiful rooms and view, an extraordinarily helpful and efficient staff, great food at the restaurant, and - last but definitely not least - an extraordinary spa with a great pool, mountain view included.

I really recommend staying there - I will surely return!

Great place. Unfortunately the window of my room didn't give a great view but the spa's view compensate it. Very nice staff.

Great place to be in the beutifull town of sabugueiro. Pretty close to the pike of the mountain Serra da Estrela. Prices expensive, but a great experience.

Uma estadia em familia, extremamente agradável. Fomos muito bem recebidos, funcionários simpáticos, cuidadosos e com atenção aos detalhes. Quartos espaçosos e limpos, com decoração simples, agradável e moderna.
Restaurante bem apresentado, com menu variado incluíndo opções vegetarianas e veganas, com atendimento atencioso. Pequeno almoço estava incluido, tinha variedades de comida e estava muito bem apresentado.

O hotel situado na Serra da Estrela. Com vistas maravilhosas. O quarto espaçoso e moderno .A piscina grande com luz de dia. Jantamos no restaurante de hotel e ficamos satisfeitos com pratos deliciosos de rissoto de castanha e alheira e o bacalhau com rissoto. Quase que esqueci o menu de criança que tem sopa, massa bolonhesa e a sobremesa . Todis funcionários atencioso s e simpaticos. Gostei de massagem relaxamento. Voltaremos em breve ❤
