Fui lá hoje , dia 15/07/2023 , fui muito mal tratada por um rapazito de cabelo preto que lá estava , tive pra pedir o livro de reclamações, mas como sou cliente dessa loja e as roupas que mando para o Brasil para minha filha são todas compradas la ,e minha filha ama as roupas dá Bershka, não pedi o livro , toda o problema foi causado por uma informação de uma calça que comprei semana passada e fui comprar outra do mesmo modelo , esse rapaz me perseguiu toda a loja a me difamar , péssimo funcionário esse
