KOB by Olivier, Porto

Really nice staff, lovely atmosphere and delicious food. Portions are generous, the meat is delicious and the side dishes are great. Definitely recommended! Try the Wagyu, no regrets even if pricey.

We had a delicious experience at KOB by Olivier! We made our reservation by phone (as it would be complicated to find an available table), and as soon as we arrived, we were well greeted by the manager who took us to our table. The service took longer than usual because the restaurant was full, but soon after, we were welcomed by two lovely ladies who took care of us until the end. We had a marvellous food experience from the starter until the dessert, and the wine (Papa Figos) was also delicious. I truly recommend this restaurant to those who love meat. They also had a DJ playing live, but the music wasn't too loud, which allowed us to talk and have a good experience.

It was an incredible steak. Amazing sides. Delicious dessert. I wish I could have it again!

I had the Lunch Menu for 18eur (without drinks) and it is 100% worth it!
The couvert was very interesting with 3 different types of bread, 3 different things to spread and curated pork sausage.
For the main dish I had the KoB Steak ( ribeye steak ) which was cooked nicely, almost to perfection. They give you extra salt and garlic to use to taste. It comes one side dish which is plenty eventhough I ordered another one. So keep in mind you only need one.
For desert the rasberry ice cream tasted like real rasberries and not some artificial flavour.
Considering the price of the lunch menu, it is definitely worth it

Came in not expecting anything, steak and grilled veggies took us by surprise. The red rice was delicious and spicy

One of the best restaurants in Porto, hits right for service and food quality. The truffle linguini is a must, the polvo was fantastic, the scallops could be missed and previously iv tried the meat and its fantastic too. I prefer if they do not bring the couvert unless asked, they drop it on the table and also remove it without asking, the bread sticks and salami r worth trying though. Ask for a table in the garden area, it's nice and cosy with heaters. In the pricier end of Porto eateries but if ur reasy to splurge its good for dinner or lunch.

Great dinner, nice waitress helped us with questions. Wine suggested was great. Had the Wagyu from Australia. Would come again when back in Porto 👌

The meat was really good. Tasty and well prepared. We got the lunch course and had also 2 starters and desert, a chocolate mousse. The pimentos were excellent also. We got the KOB ribeye and the picanha. Great ambiance and staff.

Best food we have in Portugal till today. Had Beef C.O.B. and spinach and it was perfect. Stuff is friendly although English is not perfect. But that was not a problem.

Great atmosphere with very helpful staff. Food was great, both meat and dessert was delicious, the wine options are a bit limited.

Excellent service, with expert advice on all elements, in perfect English. Fabulous range of meat steaks, cooked to perfection, delicious french fries, yummy sauces. Lovely reasonably priced wine. Definitely recommend.

We truly enjoyed our dinner .The steaks, creamy mashed potatoes with fresh black truffles and grilled asparagus were outstanding. Great service and lovely ambiance. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Loved this place. Decor was really nice and chilled place. Some nice art on the wall. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I went for the steak and can say it was amazing . Perfectly cooked with chips . Mrs had truffle mash and vegetables with roasted garlic and said it was amazing , she's vegan so was very happy to find something to eat at basically a steak house. Would highly recommend this place. Reasonable price think it was 60! euro for both our meals and a glass of wine each. Located in a good part of town lots of bars to hit after with a nice chilled vibe l to the area.

This place was so good I want to fly back to Porto Portugal for this restaurant as well! Not only was the food good and exquisite but the service was excellent and the decor very nice. We had the beef carpaccio, truffle mashed potatoes, croquettes, and ribeye. The ribeye was so juicy and tender and I love how they cut it up. I gotta learn how to make truffle mashed potatoes like that. We happened to just stumble upon this place and I’m so glad we did and that they were open late. (Seemed like all the other restaurants had closed). Dreaming of their food.
