Take great care when using this shop or others in the outlet .
Customer service nil. One untrained girl who had been an employee 3 months she had no idea of customer rights , rude and untrained , attitude , personality and helpfulness nil.
On this day 2 months ago I Bought 3 pairs of shoes .
1 pair Bimbay Lola perfect
1 pair Ecco perfect .
1 pair from Rockport , I only decided to wear them yesterday as saved for a holiday in 3 weeks . After wearing for less than 40 mins in my house realizes faulty . They still have plastic label
on bottom . I Returned them to shop today with receipt and explained tge fault the unfriendly girl informed me of the 30 day returns policy . She had no idea of my statutory rights of 2 years when faulty .
After 2 phone calls to her head office they offered to take the shoes back and return for testing !!
My husband did this once with a watch took 3 months , got nowhere . Same shopping outlet .
The shoes were 29.99 in the Sale . I have photos of the fault . I was Prepared to take a credit note fir Rockport and i would then have spent maybe double or even more .
I was not prepared to keep returning to shop and waiting for an answer fir 29.99 . I have a heart problem and trying to avoid stress .
So i am just posting on Google

What a complete shambles these stores are for customer service and Portugal as a whole .
