Had a great experience here. They were out of the coquilas but the almejas were excellent. A cup of the soup of the day was split pea and absolutely delicious for a chilly winter day, and only 2€! The grilled dorada was everything it should be and flan for desert... so glad we went here!

Lovely place to have lunch, food made fresh and with care, loved the atmosphere - calm and non rushed, staff were friendly and experienced, when I'm next in the area I will go back to this restaurant.

Great food and service and quality, we received exactly what we asked for, and the meat was on point. I recommend "Bife com molho pimenta", it's an excellent choose for beef lovers. The deserts are great and homemade. Fair prices for a restaurant so close to the beach. I vividly recommend

Sehr netter Chef, sehr nette Bedienungen. Es wurde immer mal wieder nachgefragt, ob alles okay ist. Sehr aufmerksam halt.

Wir hatten zusammen eine Karaffe Rotwein des Hauses getrunken, welcher vorzüglich war.

Es war für uns das beste Restaurant im Ort, wir waren mehrmals da😊.

Siempre será la mejor opción para comer en Altura. Buenos platos portugueses. Muy buena atención por parte del personal. Algunas veces un poco lento porque había mucha gente. Pero la espera mereció la pena. Muy recomendable de verdad.

Todo o staff muito simpático mesmo o dono que dizem ser rude, apenas é da "velha guarda" ... aquele atendimento que não é de restaurante 5* mas que sabes que tudo que tas a comer é de qualidade!

Heerlijk gegeten! Vooraf brood met sardinespate en olijven. Daarna, onder genot van witte wijn, verse Tonijn met salade en patat. En als nagerecht een lekker stuk taart met koffie. Complimenten voor hard werkend en uiterst vriendelijk personeel.

Gezellige en vriendelijke bediening, lekker gegeten.

Já conhecia o restaurante e voltei pela qualidade da comida e simpatia do staff. Desta vez fomos só petiscar conquilhas e amêijoas.
O senhor do restaurante foi muito atencioso e avisou que as conquilhas poderiam ter um pouco de areia pois tinham acabo de chegar. Apesar disso, pedimos na mesma e estavam muito boas!
As amêijoas também estavam saborosas.
São boas doses para o preço indicado.

Bom restaurante de peixe grelhado e não só, um serviço exemplar do início ao fim. Atenção aos detalhes. Mesmo em horário de ponta foram atenciosos ao atender a uma restrição alimentar. A dourada de mar irrepreensível, boa batatinha. Com certeza voltaremos, e este serviço em pleno agosto. Acho que não preciso dizer mais nada.
